Acephale Holdings LLC uses the information you submit to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and administer its hiring process.

Information we collect

This includes your contact details, résumé, application answers, work samples, correspondence with our careers mailbox, and interview feedback. Applications imported from Handshake retain the materials and application information supplied there.

Who can access it

Authorized hiring staff can access information relevant to their work. Interviewers are given access to assigned applications. Service providers supporting our hosting, file storage, and email process information on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We retain application records for recruiting and related recordkeeping purposes. Optional consent to consideration for future roles is recorded separately. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from consideration, contact careers@acephale.co. We will consider requests subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
